Santa's Parade of Lights Entry Application

For 2017, Santa's Parade of Lights is limiting participation to 40 entries. Community groups, non-profit organizations and businesses of all types and sizes are invited to apply.

Before completing the application form below, download and read the Rules & Regulations Handbook. Once you have submitted your application, email a photo or sketch of your entry to santaparade@rweevents.ca.

Community groups and non-profit organizations will be charged a fee of $100+GST, while businesses must pay the corporate fee of $250+GST. The participation fee is not refundable.

Application deadline is November 1, 2017.

Make sure:

1.  You have read and accepted The Santa's Parade of lights rules & regulations handbook.

2.  You Email a photo or sketch of your entry to santaparade@RWEevents.ca

3. YOur application is complete with a descriPtion that will help organizers make a decision about your entry

Important reminder:You will be contacted by a Parade organizer to confirm your participation. once you've received confirmation, you will be required to have insurance as described in the santa's parade of lights rules & regulations handbook and to provide to RWE Events a certificate of insurance as well as entry fee payment in full no later than seven days.
